Our Mission

  • Substantially reduce the cost of hosptial construction
  • Produce a flexible hospital environment that supports technological changes
  • Standardize spatial considerations for administrative and specialty areas
  • Build it in a factory, assemble it in the field

By achieving our mission we believe that we can substantially reduce the building costs that are attached to the amortization and depreciation schedules that are expensed and absorbed by per diem charges to patient beds.

The important issue in the promotion of HCI product design and construction techniques is the acceptance of the hospital that they are in effect investing in medical systems or, in the case of the MMS, health care structures that have been designed for the rapid changes that the technological advances in the medical field make necessary.

HCI designs recognize that the obsolesence factor in today's medical environment is an important issue in the design of the electrical and mechanical requirements that supply the source that powers the instrumentation and environmental elements of such a complex structure as the "Hospital" represents.

The HCI mission includes the conduct of research and development of cost saving techniques in both the construction and service areas of medical structures.
