Digitalogo is a California corporation owned in its entirety by R. K. Meyer. Digitalogo's equipment, inventory, and other assets are being transferred to an Oregon Corporation, Meyco Industries, Inc. Meyco is owned in its entirety by R. K. Meyer. Digitalogo, together with its associate company, Buy-A-Button, is presently operational from temporary offices located in Seaside, Oregon where it shares space with Copies & More in the Gearhart Plaza. Without proper manufacturing efficiencies, from Nov. 2003 through April 2004 Digitalogo has shipped over $20,000 of product from Oregon while expending a like amount for inventory and contract labor.

Additional funds have been advanced against the development of a pictorial journal of the Lewis and Clark Expedition and the construction of this website. Both of these projects are currently under construction.

Over the past six months Mr. Meyer has met with various representatives of the Economic Development Community in an effort to financially position Meyco with a suitable property in Clatsop County, and working capital to bring its business plan into full life.

Meyco/Digitalogo has employed the Astoria offices of Mr. Michael Autio as its legal counsel. Mr. Autio has registered Meyco Industries with the Oregon Corporation Commissioner's Office.
