Digitalogo can be traced back to 1988 where it had its beginnings as DTP + Graphics in Carmel, California. In 1995 the company's headquarters were flooded out of Carmel and the company relocated to Castroville where it operated its manufacturing facility under the corporate name of Digitalogo.com. As fiscal conditions in California grew untenable in 2000 and worldwide economic problems were worsened with the 9/11 tragedies, Digitalogo looked elsewhere to relocate and reorganize its asset base. In 2003 Digitalogo transferred its assets to Meyco Industries in Clatsop County, Oregon, where, as of 2004 it is temporarily operating from offices in Seaside, Oregon. The company is conducting a search for facilities to permanently house its manufacturing operation together with Meyco's other divisions needs for space. From its beginnings in 1988 Digitalogo has developed and shipped over $4 million of proprietary products and established a customer base of over 3,000 clients. From November 2003 through April 2004 Digitalogo has shipped over $20,000 of product from Oregon while expending a like amount for inventory and contract labor. Additional funds have been advanced against the development of a pictorial journal of the Lewis and Clark Expedition and the construction of this website. Both of these projects are currently under construction.
